The Westbrook Elks has several facilities for rent to meet your needs for a variety of events. The Westbrook Elks have hosted beautiful weddings, business conferences, Club events, retirement parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties, company picnics and bereavement gatherings to name a few. The Westbrook Elks is a year round facility.

Halls with catering facilities:
The Westbrook Elks offers a variety of food selections for all type of social events. The menu can be very simple to elaborate depending on your wishes. The Westbrook Elks is a full service facility that can meet your every wish for your special event. There are several sample wedding menus that are merely suggestions (link), or we would welcome your suggestions. The Westbrook Elks can design a menu to meet your budget requirements.

The Grand Ball Room:
Our recently renovated Grand ball room seats approximately 180 persons and has beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. The stunning views of the sounds are further enhanced from the doors opening on to a deck which is an ideal space for a cocktail party, wedding nuptials, and many other social events.

The Captains Lounge:
The Captains Lounge also has beautiful view of the Long Island Sound and has a seating capacity of 50 persons. With sound views from nearly 270 degrees, the Captain’s Lounge provides an intimate setting for many smaller functions,

Tent:
The Westbrook Elks has a seasonal tent for rent during the late Spring through the early fall for social gatherings, weddings, picnics etc. Located next to the lodge’s main building the tent has a seating capacity of 225 persons. The area under the tent has indoor outdoor carpeting, as well as wooding flooring for dancing located off to the side in the middle of the structure. Restrooms are located in the main lodge which is right nearby. The tent is lighted allowing your event to be enjoyed well past the daylight hours.

The Beach Bar:
The beach bar is located on the lower level of the Lodge. Seating capacity is approximately 35 persons with some addition seating that could be provided outside. With opening doors that provide access to the lawn area of the Westbrook Elks, a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound is just outside the door. The beach bars festive décor reflects that the Long Island Sound is literally just a stones through away. The area is idea for a small get-togethers and functions. Restroom facilities are also available on the same floor.

The Carriage House.
The Westbrook Elks Carriage House is located in front of the Westbrook Elks lodge The build is approximate 1100 square feet and has restroom facilities. The carriage house is surrounded by acres of open space ideal for a company party or a small function.
The capacity of this facility is 98 persons. Catering is limited and options well be defined further on request.

The 1784 Lodge:
Next to the main lodge is located the 1784 Lodge, Westbrook Elks original lodge by the sea.The hall shares the same beautiful views the main hall and captain’s lounge have.  1784 can accommodate 150 persons and has full kitchen facilities.  Restrooms are located on the main floor.  1784 does offer catering services from main lodge or one can provide their own caterer.  This is the only facility at the Westbrook Elks that considers any outside catering service.  Please contact for details for further details.

Weddings:
The Westbrook Elks have several rooms and spaces that cater to meet the special needs of weddings. The three areas that are enjoyed the most for weddings are the Grand Ball Room, the tent and 1784. Each location offers a unique setting to fulfill your special day. Many vows have been exchanged on the beach, lawn and deck areas, making the day truly one to remember.
